Christmas Tree Cake
Chocolate Cake with Ganache
Time: 10:00 – 16:00
You will learn how to stack and carve the cake. You will use a 6″ tin, place a cone on top, then ganache the cake (You can also add a bit of baileys if you wish).
You then will learn to cover the cake in fondant and decorate using wafer paper and finish off with some large snowflakes and silver balls.
You will get a certificate upon completion
All equipment and ingredients are included, you just need to show up!

We require a minimum of 8 people to be booked n the class for it to go ahead. Please do get in touch if you have any questions.
Important: Due to the limited number of places available in the class we do not offer refunds on cancellations made less than 14 days before the class date.
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the class our liability is strictly limited to the actual cost of the class. We cannot be held liable for any money spent by students got any travel arrangements, hotel bookings, etc.
