Halloween Cake
This is a Children's Course (Ages 10-15 Years)
Over the course of a day the students will learn to carve, split, jam and crumb coat a sponge base. They will then professionally cover the cake with sugar paste, producing a smooth finish. Afterwards they will decorate the cake, learning how to make eye balls and a fondant snake before finishing with covering the bould with fondant and adding a ribbon.
All equipment and ingredients are included, you just need to show up!

We require a minimum of 8 people to be booked n the class for it to go ahead. Please do get in touch if you have any questions.
Important: Due to the limited number of places available in the class we do not offer refunds on cancellations made less than 14 days before the class date.
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the class our liability is strictly limited to the actual cost of the class. We cannot be held liable for any money spent by students got any travel arrangements, hotel bookings, etc.
