This course is designed for anyone who wants to learn the production of ganache, covering and producing a straight edge finish.
Learn how to crumb coat and prepare a sponge base, then cover with Sugarpaste in a professional way. It is hoped that students will improve their ability through self-development and expert guidance. The additional confidence gained will allow students to further their interest and progress to enjoy future courses

During the lesson Michelle will be demonstrating and explaining the professional way to achieve a perfect smooth finish to a basic shaped sponge.
This course includes everything you need to prepare your cake, refreshments will also be available on the day free of charge.
